Set within the heart of Clapham South, this project benefited from a mansard loft conversion with an additional loft extension onto the outrigger adding over 600 SQFT of living space. Similarly to our Cavendish road project, this property also benefited with full refurbishment and the addition of an office and shower room on the first floor. The finishes supplied by our clients were second to none; solid oak parquet flooring throughout with radiant light fixtures setting the perfect ambience for urban living. Amongst the bi-fold doors leading onto another beautifully created roof terrace, glass balustrades and 2 enormous skylights, we created bespoke joinery in living areas which allowed for the client to showcase their artist inspired ornaments. Our favourite part of this project would have to be the large LED rooflight vaulted within the stairwell area!
