We are proud to say this is one of our own! Our founding partner along with his business partner bought this property as a 3 bed maisonette with a commercial premises at ground level which has been converted into 3 new residential flats whilst retaining a smaller ground floor commercial unit thus creating a GDV of £1.5m! The project benefited from a back to brick refurbishment in the retained areas and elements of new build also to create these luxury flats. The finishes used included brushed brass Cross water sanitary ware in all bathrooms, shaker style kitchens with gold Calacutta quartz worktops and splashbacks. All three flats also benefited from media walls with built in electric fireplaces within the living areas, underfloor heating, roof lights, LED ceilings and much more. Our favourite part of this project would have to be the garden added within the ground floor flat which was led onto by a 3 pane bi-fold door!
