Sunny has been involved in all aspects of property and construction for over 15 years. He founded the Imperial Group of companies in 2019 equipped with teams of trusted and highly skilled contractors who he novated with him from his development arm of the business. He has successfully turned the recently start up company into a multi-million pound company offering services to all clients based in South East and South West London ranging in all project sizes from £100k-£3m. He enjoys socializing with friends, going to the gym and travelling the world.
Pritesh has over 24 year’s experience in the building merchant industry. His career began with B&Q following on to the likes of Topps tiles, Focus DIY, Wickes, Tool station and Jewson. He has profound experience and elite skillset in the building materials market with a keen eye for trade rates and quantities which he implements on Imperial projects. He is able to keep materials expenses to a minimum which in turn helps us deliver a competitive project cost for our clients.
Saagar has over 10 year’s experience in the property and building industry. His career began overseeing small to medium sized refurbishment projects having a keen eye for finishing detail. His charismatic approach means he is able be on the ground with our trades and implement deadlines and quality control at every stage of build and refurbishment. He also focuses developing new trade relations especially with a view to grow the already sizeable Imperial force.
Rachel has over 15 year’s experience in project management and co-ordination. Her career began working for King College London Hospital as a project co-ordinator then moving onto the likes of IBM, Korn/Ferry and Spire Healthcare. She is experienced in dealing with high level projects, deadlines and reporting having formerly worked with blue-chip organizations. At Imperial she co-ordinates incoming and outgoing financial transactions such as Sales, Invoices, VAT and Corporation taxation totaling in excess of £1m on an annual basis. She enjoys reading, going to the gym and fashion.
Donald has over 16 year’s experience in bricklaying and formwork. He manages teams of bricklayers, multi-skilled tradesmen and form workers on our sites. He has great skills in implementing designs with timeframes and logistical challenges .
Liam has over 13 year’s experience in Carpentry and Joinery and is an NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry and Joinery here in England, which led him onto building sites carrying out first fix carpentry works on roofing, internal studwork, timber framework and now also garden houses.
Egzon has over 18 year’s experience in groundworks and structure. He started the career as bricklayer in Greece but has expanded his expertise in drainage, foundations, studwork, drywall & Insulation and plastering. He oversees teams of tradesmen on sites and is also on the tools himself.
Curtis has been working in the construction sector for 10 years and is a jack of all trades. Curtis has experience in building complex projects just from plans. Curtis has qualifications in landscaping and horticulture.
Amit has been working in IT for 15 years and has worked on a variety of projects ranging from network restructures to cloud migration and cloud security. Amit has the pleasure of working with Omnicom, O2, and more, and has been supporting ICS since its inception.
